How I work
From idea to launch
Four collaboration stages — no surprises along the way.
01
Discovery & PRD
We talk about the project — what it should achieve, real constraints, what already exists. You get a PRD with an architecture sketch before I write production code. Final scope and timeline are agreed on that basis.
02
Visual design
A clickable HTML mockup you open in the browser and test interactively before the first line of production code. Easier to discuss specifics than a static wireframe.
03
Build
Sprints with regular status updates. Staging environment available throughout — changes land there before production, so you test continuously instead of waiting for final launch.
04
Launch & handover
Production deploy, technical tooling setup, documentation, short training if needed. After go-live I hand over a checklist and we close project acceptance.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Click a question to expand the answer.
How long does a project take?
From 2 weeks for a simple brochure site. More complex projects (B2B stores, headless with integrations) need more time — exact timeline is agreed after the call and PRD.
Do you work solo or with a team?
Mostly solo — that keeps code and communication consistent without middlemen. On larger projects I work with trusted specialists (designer, copywriter, photographer).
What if I want to change scope mid-project?
Small changes fit in the project buffer. Larger modifications are discussed separately and added to the timeline — so scope changes are explicit. No surprises at the end.
How do you pick technology for a new project?
Based on client context and budget — from classic WordPress to headless stack. The choice starts with: what should the site do, who will manage it, and how long should it run without a rebuild.
Do you handle copywriting and content creation?
I write technical content and on-page SEO copy. Full marketing copywriting goes to trusted partners — or I work with content you prepare.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, if the project requires it. By default I do not disclose client work details without consent — including in portfolio and case studies.
